MILDRED ELLEN CLAYCOMB

Mildred Ellen Claycomb, 88, Bewleyville, died July 15, 2010.

She was born Dec. 21, 1921, to the late Jess and Dorothy Tuttle Meador.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Claycomb; two sisters, Maudie Hahnn and Doris Lile; and a brother, Donald Meador.

Mrs. Claycomb is survived by three children, Lois (Gordon) Minter, Bowling Green, Joan (Gary) Carman, Harned, and Anthony Ray (Rita) Claycomb, Brandenburg; two sisters, Ruth Zaring, Crystal River, Fla., and Maxine (Lloyd) Triplett, Bewleyville; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held July 18, at the Bewleyville United Methodist Church in Bewleyville. Burial was in Bethel Cemetery. Arrangements were handled by Alexander Funeral Home.
