PAUL L. ‘UNCLE P’ YOUNG

Paul L. “Uncle P” Young, 55, formerly of Irvington, died Nov. 4, 2010. He was born March 27, 1955, the youngest of six children to the late Jesse James and Joy Belle Haynes Young.

He was baptized at Hopewell Ministry and attended church faithfully until his health began to fail him.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Cheyene.

Mr. Young is survived by two children, Keisha Johnson and Juawon “Jubie” Dalrymple; five sisters, Sherry, Cassie, Anita, Donna, and Marcella; four brothers, Mike, Harry, Paul and Brian; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Nov. 10, at 6 p.m. EST from the chapel of the Alexander Funeral Home. Friends and family may call at the funeral home Nov. 10 from 4 to 6 PM EST.

Cremation was selected and burial will be in Brooks Cemetery in Irvington at a later date.
