PATRICIA LAURA ABRAMS LAYMAN

Patricia Laura Abrams Layman, 72, formerly of Bardstown, died Nov. 14, 2010, at her residence in Meade County.

She was a native of St. Louis, Mo., and retired from American Greetings in the tool and dye department.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Orville E. and Opal Ruth Adams Abrams.

Ms. Abrams is survived by two daughters, Julie Owens, Guston, and Donna Luce, Taylorsville; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Nov. 17, at 3 p.m., from the chapel of Greenwell-Houghlin Northside Funeral Home, in Bardstown. Burial will be in New Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.

Friends and family may call at the funeral home Nov. 17, from noon until the time of service.
