JAMES FINLEY ‘FIDDLE’ SIPES

James Finley “Fiddle” Sipes, 74, Bewleyville, died Nov. 26, 2010, at University of Louisville Hospital.

He was born April 7, 1936, to the late Robert and Mable Sipes.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Deloris Sipes and a brother, Robert Sipes Jr.

Mr. Sipes is survived by two daughters, Pat Leone, Bewleyville, and Carol (Ron) Adkins, Illinois; three sisters, Anna (Lillard) “Tottie” Priest, Bewleyville, Mildred Smith, Corydon, Ind., and Charlotte (Darby) Wright, Central, Ind; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Dec. 3, at 11 a.m. EST from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Dec. 2, from 2 to 9 p.m. EST. A Masonic service will be held Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery in Bewleyville.
