THOMAS ALFRED EDSELL

Thomas Alfred Edsell, 66, Leitchfield, died Dec. 24, 2010, at Kindred Hospital in Louisville.

He loved to shoot pool and was an avid fisherman. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Ola Edsell and a great-grandson, Derek Scott Thompson Jr.

Mr. Edsell is survived by his wife of 39 years, Brenda Edsell, Leitchfield; three children, Christy (Jimmy) Wardrip, Hardinsburg, Thomas Anthony Edsell, and Jonathan (Amanda) Edsell, both of Leitchfield; two sisters; three brothers; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Dec. 30, from the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with the Rev. Joe Watson, officiating.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home Dec. 29 from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the family in care of Hager Funeral Home.
