Ekron Elementary holds blanket drive By Cova Mae Haynes The S.T.L.P. students at Ekron Elementary are having a blanket drive for the Wayside Christian Mission. We have set a goal to gather 100 new blankets in the next two weeks. The drive started Oct. 16 and continues through Oct. 31. We are asking that you send in new or gently used blankets. White Flag volunteers at the Wayside Mission will distribute these blankets to the homeless people during the cold winter months. Anyone wanting to help us reach our goal may call Tammy Reichmuth at Ekron Elementary School, 422-7570.
