Thursday night Doe Bowlers By DEBBIE POWELL For those of you who have never been to Lynn’s Pins bowling alley in Brandenburg, you are missing out on great fun. Not only is there good bowling and family fun, you can partake of the tasty food from the grill. The Thursday night Doe Bowlers women’s league has a Halloween costume contest and covered dish meals from time to time. This year for Christmas, we brought in homemade items to raise money for the Angel Tree angels. We collected enough money to purchase gifts for three angels from the tree, and Lynn’s Pins owner Gerry Lynn donated enough for a fourth angel. We enjoy the time we spend together and welcome others to join us.
