MR. and MRS. RHODES
The family of Walter and Emilee Rhodes, Rhodelia, invite family and friends to celebrate their parents’ 60th wedding anniversary on June 21, at 2 p.m.
Walter and Emilee were married in a double-ring ceremony with Laverne and Robert Rhodes on June 18, 1949, at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Rhodelia. The flower girl was Carolyn (Burris) Fruia and the ring bearer was Larry Barr. The Rev. Felix Johnson performed the ceremony.
The celebration will be down by the Ohio River in Concordia off Watson Lane. Signs will be posted.
You may bring a covered dish and lawn chairs. Meat will be provided. No invitations will be sent. Your presence is your present.
The Rhodes have seven children, 21 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. 24-1tpd.
