Meade County dominates second win of season
The only good newMeade County dominates second win of seasons about the weather Oct. 9, was the temperature stayed in the 60’s for the majority of the game. The bad news was it was drizzling and the drizzle steadily progressed to rain, light at first, but steadily getting harder.
Lady Waves Strike During District Tourney
Last Sunday the Lady Wave soccer team traveled to TK Stone in Elizabethtown to play the first game of the District 10 Tournament. On a beautiful autumn day, just made for soccer, the Lady Waves dominated their district rivals in most every facet of the game.

Senior Night great for Zack Brown, 4 goals
Seniors Zack Brown, Jordan Compton, Quintin Franke, Matt Buckman, Gabe Buttram, Chad Medley, Charlie Backstrom and Logan Raley were honored, Oct. 8, before the last regular season game against North Bullitt. They were introduced individually and then escorted by their parents down a tunnel of honor formed by the underclassmen of the Greenwave soccer team.
