Guarded optimism for varsity Waves

There are 16 members of this year’s Greenwave basketball team – 14 are freshmen or sophomores. Only five get to start; four are sophomores. To say that this will be a young, inexperienced team would be an understatement; only two are seniors, there are no juniors.

Are you ready to Wrestle?

Coach Davis is really optimistic about this year’s Meade County wrestling team. Coaches should always be optimistic about their programs, but the one thing unique about this team is that five years ago it did not exist. This is the fourth year that Coach Davis has fielded a team from Meade County, and he considers it among the elite in the state, not just the third region.
