The first was a request for a $30 fee to be waived. Loose said the vote was based on improper information and moved to rescind the vote. Heber Burchett seconded the motion. “If someone has a complaint,” said Loose, the board should not act on it until there is opportunity to review and receive information from the Solid Waste staff.” Mark Hubbard concurred and suggested that it be the policy of the board that they take no action on complaints made in public session, thereby giving the board the opportunity to review the matter with Solid Waste employees and consider the issue.
