New location allows Relay for Life to net over $71,000 during annual event

A new location, the Meade County Fairgrounds, and perfect weather conditions helped the American Cancer Society raise $71,433.70 to help in the fight against cancer.

Health insurance bids show decrease; Fiscal Court reviewing plans and options

Health insurance rates showed decreases, under various proposals reviewed by the Meade County Fiscal Court during a June 7 work session.
