Vicious pit bull attack brings to light other county animal issues

Chico the chihuahua is dead and the pit bull that ended its life is behind bars in the Meade County Animal Shelter.

Theresa Cutting, a Flaherty resident, said she was watching dogs for a friend when Chico started squealing, as if in panic.
