Lady Waves lose close games to Ohio County and John Hardin
On Monday night, Greenwave nation was treated to an outstanding match-up between Meade County and Ohio County. At 5-0, Ohio County looked on paper to be a very tough opponent for the battle-tested Lady Waves. The Lady Eagles were outscoring their opponents on average of 15 points a game, and one of those victories came against an Owensboro Apollo team that dismantled the Lady Waves the previous Saturday 59-32.

Greenwaves make all-district teams
After a sterling year, Meade County players continue to reap in accolades across the state. Last Sunday the High School Football All-District Team was announced, and in Class 6-A, District 2, Meade placed 12 players on the All-District list.
