Dickens of A Christmas
The City of Vine Grove held its annual “Dickens of a Christmas” Dec. 4-5. The event is sponsored by the city and Wilson & Muir Bank and Trust. Among the festivities, downtown businesses held open house and Santa and Mrs. Claus listened to children’s requests Dec. 4. The city provided marshmallows for roasting and apple cider. On Dec. 5, Santa returned and free pictures with the Jolly Old Elf were provided by the Vine Grove Chamber of Commerce and the community enjoyed a Christmas sing-a-long. Seen below, lighted displays made up “Wonderland in the Park.”
