KY 933 and Riverport
improvements underway

Crews from Kelsey Construction of Shepherdsville have started construction on the KY 933 road connection with Hwy 448. The work – part of the state’s six-year road plan – will make access easier for semis seeking to access Arch Chemicals and the proposed Riverport, Kentucky Transportation Cabinet inspector Tim Blain explained. The $7,390,000 project is being done in five phases and the contractor has until June 1 to complete this portion.
