Veterans Honored with Trip to Washington, D.C.

September 12 was an unforgettable day for many veterans from around Kentucky. Honor Flight Bluegrass, an Honor Flight Network based in Louisville, Ky., flew 83 war veterans to Washington, D.C. Several of these veterans were Meade County residents. There were also several guardians of the vets and volunteers aboard the flight.
