The investigation of J.J. Scarbrough and Patrick Joyner continues as the Meade County Sheriff’s Department released a statement regarding the incident. The statement stated that on April 26, Meade County Jailer J.J. Scarborough was involved in a vehicle pursuit with Patrick Joyner that started on HWY 710 between Haysville and headed toward Guston.
