LETTERS TO THE EDITOR

To the Messenger:

Homeowners beware! Dec. 2, between 10 p.m. and 3 a.m. my son’s four-wheeler was stolen from Liberty Rd., in Battletown. It is a Honda Ranchero. If anyone can help us find it, there is a reward. My son worked very hard to buy his four-wheeler, and he paid for it by himself. My son not only uses his ATV for fun, he uses it in emergency situations. He never left it out of the garage without a key. During deer season he used it and left it on his truck (with no key), and someone stole it, right off the back of his truck.

The guidelines referred to dictate the state should begin the movement toward adoption if a child has lived in foster care for 15 months. The bad news is that the commonwealth of Kentucky has seriously fallen down on the job. The good news is they are admitting it.
