Winter weather can cause headaches, not only for homeowners, but for the local mail carriers.

Brandenburg Postmaster Sue Milburn urged area residents to keep the box pathways clear, or else the post office will be unable to deliver their mail.

Who pays the bill?

Road construction plans are progressing, but the costs raised the eyebrows of one citizen.

Kentucky Transportation Cabinet representative Gary Valentine said construction plans are completed and students from the University of Kentucky will complete an archaeological study of the area.

Four hired despite scrutiny for one position

There are four new faces in Meade County government, following action by the Fiscal Court Feb. 12.
