MCPL Gets in to the Halloween Spirit

The Meade County Public Library (MCPL) is always ready to entertain the local children with their themed parties and activities. On October 1, they were helping families get into the Halloween spirit with their weekly Kids Unlimited program hosted by Helen Fetters. This week’s theme was Halloween rock painting.
