Greenwaves Finish Season with a Win

In sports, the adage “time flies when you’re having fun” holds very true. But when you’re losing, it’s no fun at all. This year, the Greenwaves football team have had a long season, filled with disappointment and too many losses. Going into their last game of the regular season with a 2-7 record is not where they were hoping to be, but it is what it is, and the seniors were out to change things their last Friday night on a rain-soaked, muddy Hamilton field. the Greenwaves hosted the Warren Central Dragons on October 26. The Dragons were also looking for their first win of the season; they haven’t won a game since Oct 16, 2015.
