Local Special Education Teacher Has Big Impact on Community

Those who know Kristin Hibbard know that she has a heart of gold. The special education teacher not only works with moderate/severe special needs students, but also takes part in multiple different programs that get our local special needs kids out and active in our community. Hibbard has had a huge impact on our community with her different approaches to getting both older and younger special needs people involved.
