Greenwave Falls Flat

On January 25, the Greenwave basketball team traveled to take on their cross county rivals, the Breckinridge County Tigers, for their second meeting of the year. The Fighting Tigers still had a bad taste in their mouth from their first meeting in December. The Greenwave knew that the Tigers were going to be coming at them hard and heavy, and their offense did just that. The Tigers began the game by using their outside shooting ability to get out in front of the Greenwave quickly. Midway through the first period, the Fighting Tigers had Greenwave Head Coach Jason Tripure wondering where his team was.
