Meade County Floods Again in February

It seems that February along the Ohio River is flood season. Brandenburg saw an average of over 4 inches of precipitation this February alone, bringing river waters up the banks into Brandenburg Riverfront Park, and prompting the National Weather Service to issue flash/flood warnings for surrounding areas.
