Above subject was involved in a physical altercation with his brother, Darrell Bruce Barton, while at the residence located in Ekron.
The above subject stated his brother swung at him while they were having a verbal altercation. Above subject stated he then punched his brother in the mouth, and they began to physically fight while in the back yard.
