KORT, or Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team, has a cancer rehabilitation program that is already helping cancer patients regain their quality of life during and after cancer treatment. Therapists get trained on how to provide education on cancer rehab. Shannon Burke, PTA, is the only therapist in our area who is certified to provide cancer rehabilitation.
