Patrick Joyner Gets Served His Warrant of Arrest

On April 26, Meade County Jailer J.J. Scarborough and Mayor Ronnie Joyner’s son, Patrick Joyner were involved in a vehicle pursuit. Joyner failed to yield for a traffic stop and ran through a stop sign; he then led law enforcement officers on a pursuit that ended at Hwy 60 and Guston Bewleyville Rd. Joyner was observed running through a stop sign at Old Ekron Rd. and McCoy Rd. At this time is when Meade County Jailer put his emergency lights and siren on to stop the vehicle. Joyner did not stop, and then went on to push a passenger out of the car and continue fleeing.
