Meade County man shoots neighbor in the head

According to the Meade County Sheriff’s Department, on June 22, while Robert Doiron was on the property of Jeffery Lucas (victim), Robert and Jeffery had a few words. Robert went to his truck and got a vacuum cleaner and went to the garage and pushed the vacuum into the chest of Jeffery. A few more words were said, and a witness stated that Robert went to his truck and she remembered that he carried a gun. She went to the truck, and Robert had a gun in his hand going toward the garage.
