Ladywave Softball Holds 2019 Banquet

The MCHS Ladywave softball team held their end of the season banquet on July 28. Once players and families finished eating, Head Coach Penny Reece talked about the teams 2019 season.
The Ladywave had pone of their best season to date under Reece, they went 27-11 and won the District 11 Championship for the second straight year. The Team had many highlights this year, like shutting out 11 teams and scoring more than ten runs or more in 11 games. Coach Reese explained that she had a lot of respect for the Ladywave program and that in the last few years it had been lacking the pride and respect, but this season players are bringing all that back to the program, and she is pleased to see where the program is heading.
