Man charged after firing weapons in home

According to the Meade County Sheriff’s Office, on Nov. 22, dispatch received a call from Vanessa Carroll stating that her husband, Austin Carroll, was shooting up the house. Their juvenile daughter also called dispatch stating the same thing.
