4H Poinsettia Fundraiser – A 6” pot of red, white or pink poinsettia costs only $10. A 10” pot of red, white, or mixed red & white poinsettias costs $20. You can order through your favorite 4-H member or through the Meade County Extension Office. Payment is due at the time of order. Meet me under the Mistletoe – Dec. 7 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Meade County Farm Bureau Building. This is a 21+ age event, and early bird prices of $50 per person or $85 per couple are valid until Nov. 28. From Nov. 29 through Dec. 6, the ticket costs will rise to $60 per person at the door.

Winter Wonderland –  Dec. 7 starting at 12 p.m. and concluding at 4 p.m. at Journey Church. pictures with Santa, free children’s haircuts, free hats and gloves and ID cards from the Sheriff. This year’s event is also adding a vendor/craft fair in the gym on their second building from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. For more information, visit their Facebook page.
